I had a worst experience with their unprofessional tax service in 2014 and 2015. If you want to claim the tax return as less as possible, commit your service to them.Very regretful!
Excellent experience, and I can't understand the low scores -- From competitors? Maybe because the employees are Japanese? Akura did several years' of taxes in just a few days (personal/PAYG + ABN individual business), gave good advice, and helped me understand how to make/break down my own spreadsheets. Fees were quite reasonable.
TERRIBLE! DO NOT give them access to your accounting system!! Not sure how many people were logging into my accounts and responding to my queries but these people have no concept of Australian Accounting Standards! BE WARNED - They will CHANGE historical information, CREATE NEW GL accounts, re-allocate transactions already declared in your BAS! Still trying to sort out their mess
Very bad experience. Submitted my tax return with out my permission and knowledge. Did not explain properly about process and unable to communicate on the phone. Disgusting experience. I would never recommend this company and people to my enemy.
