Unreasonable parking ticket, even when reasonable excuse was provided. You suck Cairns International Airport! The authoritarian parking inspectors should keep an eye out for real threats and not bother with petty parking infringements!
When i was looking for the screen about the information of my flight, the staff who can speak my first language came and tried to help me. Well, i knew that the cheap flight like tiger air could delay or something unsuspected happened but i do not wish to listen such comments from the staff of the airport. She said it always delay because of the cheap price. Something is little bit strange as the comment seems nothing wrong.It makes me feel uncomfortable. The airport is not big but quite nice.
Not a bad airport but very disappointed that you changed the pet dropoff/pickup from a nice air conditioned place to a poorly ventilated shed. It's Cairns and these pets are in relatively small crates, they NEED all the cooling down they can get!
Clean effective regional airport, great for getting a bus to Port Douglas, you should time your visit to avoid the wet season (November to March) for a more pleasant experience, unless you like it HUMID ^_^
Clean, tidy and organized airport, plenty of signage making it user friendly.Plenty of retail shops, bars and eateries.Could be more spread out allowing it to not feel so congested. Pick up parking bay is too small.
