Absolutely ridiculous!!! It states on your site that it's open on Saturdays but DOESN'T state that there is no tellers open!!! Drove around for 30 mins looking for a park because the only branches ANZ have now are in shopping centres, to finally get inside and wait in a que to only to be told there's no tellers open today.Monday and Friday's I would presume would be the busiest day's for a bank and yet......everytime I go I to your Cairns Central Branch there's a line up out the doors and only ONE teller. Majority of the staff are rude and unhelpful. I left extremely disgruntled. Your branch is an absolute joke. One very unhappy account holder!!

Recommended ,as I have a 60 year experience of ANZ. The bank is on the ground floor of Central Shopping Centre in McLeod St. Note the photo, this branch is OPEN SATURDAY morning. Definitely wowable, but truly, all their customer service is very good, and we are unanimous in that.
