Claimed they could provide maps on a timetable 9 days they were given. Could not meet deadline.I contacted cairns charts when it was obvious that the maps had not been posted. I told the guy that if it was not possible for the maps to be provided in time I would have to cancel my order, he said they would be able to get them to me in time.This brought the response of not sending the maps when they arrived at the shop, and a refusal to refund my cash despite having provided no service or products. Now wants twenty five dollars because they failed.Beware this vendor.

Very impressed by this place... A great range of local, national and international maps, with knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I was very impressed at the variety of stock they carry, and the turnover, so the products that you buy are all recent editions and up to date. There aren't many specialist map shops around any more, it's a real treat to have something of such a high standard in Cairns, especially one like this where you don't have to pay extra.
