If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not go with BUPA health insurance. They take money out of your account without verifying with you first, change your payments dates which then makes me get dishonour fees...They are just money hungry and do not care about the problems you might going with life threatening illness.
Such a big shopfront, yet there is continuously only one staff member in the shop when you try to get things done between 12 & 2 PM. ?! Do the staff take lunch breaks during the busiest part of the day ?!
I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get info about medical venues in Cairns affiliated to Bupa but no luck they keep "transfering" my call from one person to another.... no luck
