Truly one of the worst customer service you could encounter. I know the general attitude is who can be the biggest chump in North Queensland but to receive it from a government office. Unprofessional!
I was helped by a wondergul staff member here ,her name is Tania at counter 4 ,she helped me so much and wemt above and beyond to serve my needs .I am extremly grateful for ger help and how professional she was .I give this lady a 5 star rating a true asset to transport dept can not thank her enough.
Couldn't find a printed form, asked for help but lady couldn't find so ended up queuing for 20 mins for the counter. Receive a form (literally less than a page and took me 1 minute to fill out) but told to requeue. Now been sat here for 40 minutes...lots of time to write this review. Wasted over an hour of my day. Need more staff and bigger office. They simply can't cope.
I did my drive test today and Karen failed me for just two mistake of failing to a complete stop on a stop sign, i think thats pretty rude, some people do 6 to 9 mistakes and still pass, i dont know why would she be in that job if she cant be fair enough to people who didnt really make so much mistakes doing a test. every test cost money.
In an awful location and ticketing system seems to be totally random. Friendly staff though.
