Contact, selling, pick up, customer service was great . However, when goods were opened in Victoria, there was a great deal of damage to paintings, expensive family ornaments and glassware . Also discovered that some of my wife's expensive clothing items were actually used as packing (instead of paper). It is not possible to personally scrutinize the whole lengthy packing procedure so you can only trust people. Glad everything arrived but at a disappointing cost. There is an Insurance Package offered for the transit, but it is costly. I don't know who to trust in this industry.
I am very happy with the service provided by Grace Removals for my move from North QLD to TAS. They were very accommodating and there was consistent communication throughout the process of arranging pick-up and delivery.
