Leave vehicle stored there when I fly out from Cairns, storage outside or inside, airport drop off & pick up
Only now after arriving home from Cairns I decided to check the reviews of this business based on my terrible experience with this business this morning 11/9/18.On arrival to Cairns from Melbourne our after hours pick up service to collect our rental car was prompt and a friendly male driver collected us.On departure we had the complete opposite experience, dealing with a blonde female staff member who was the rudest customer service person I have dealt with and soured our last memories of Cairns.We arrived 20 minutes early to drop our car off than the pre arranged 5am time which we paid an extra 35 dollars for the after hours service. I pulled into their driveway and went to speak to a female staffer who was moving a vehicle. She got out of the car and when I introduced myself she said your too early and your vehicle is now in her way. I said sorry and I'll move the car and I can wait closer to 5am. She replied with too late now your in my way and went to collect the airport van; slamming the van door when she got in it. I thought geez she's a bit angry. She advised us to put our bags in the back of the van which I did, however was rude to my thirteen year old daughter with a condescending remark that a backpack is also a bag; my daughter was waiting for me to move so she could put her bacpack in, obviously this was not fast enough for this lady.When we got to the airport she continued with the smart remarks. In an attempt to diffuse the situation I'm the one who apologized for any inconvenience we may have caused, and then asked what her name was. She ignored my first request, when I asked again she looked at me and curtly said 'I work for parknfly' before turning her back on me and walking to the drivers door. No sooner had I walked to the front of the other side of the van with my wife and 13 & 9 year olds to leave she came back at me with a rant about 'in future' arrive at your booking time' in a very aggressive tone along with other instructions that were never explained or mentioned on any paperwork from them, and I checked, we even called the day before so things ran smoothly and was informed its a 24/7 business so someone will be there if we arrived early.I have made a complaint to the rental company that outsource to this parking lot.What a sour unappreciative poor excuse for a customer service provider this lady was. I will recommend people avoid this place if she is working there. The other staff member/driver was fine, but she was disgusting!
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Had no problems getting to and from the airport both very early in the morning and from the midnight flight.
Just excellent. We left our 4WD and caravan with Park 'N' Fly for three weeks. Helpful, professional, friendly service from start to finish. Have absolutely no hesitation recommending to others.
Based on the last two reviews given,, we felt we must post a review ourselves re Park 'n Fly, Cairns. We have used the company on a number of occasions, and have always found ALL staff to be friendly and helpful, from the initial booking to pickup on our return to Cairns. Pick-up arrangements have worked perfectly - we have not waited for more than a few minutes for the driver to arrive. We do not hesitate to recommend the company to future customers. We will certainly use their services in the future.
