The Cairns police or QPS is a private company funded by the government they have their own ABN...they are supposed to uphold the LAW...disgusting and corrupt and criminal...sexist and discriminated against males in DVO ...they provide false and misleading statements think they are above above the law...if I could give this company -5 I would ...don't like it when people advise them of Real LAWS....Cairns police have threatened me with violence when i speak legal LAWS which is crime under the Crimes Act 1914.....they think they are above the LAW...the QPS Crime Act 2001is exactly that and an ACT it is not LAW,they bash people,murder people,,shoot people and very quick to place their hand on their gun....aplorable worried for my safety and life as this company threatens when state REAL LAWS...did you know magistrates are corrupt and biased also with the police if you are innocent state to the magistrate in court"I wish to express my Common law rights"the magistrate under law...can not arrest you or detain you or even adjudicate over your trial as I assure you it is never fair...under "international rule of law" a person has a right to a fair,equal trial and adjudication of a jury of 12 of your peers ...the magistrate can not adjudicate on your trial as it is out of their jurisdictions to do so ..it is LAW...any protection orders,arrest warrants or any paper work she applies is ILLEGAL under LAW...people need to know truth...the more people know the better and bring this country and the people a fair system...only believe females in DVO not males and when you state real LAWS they don't like it and go out and beyond to make sure they get you back or vendetta ..

I would like to express my appreciation to the lady who was working on Saturday 9th September 2018 at the reception.I was so scared at the time when l was walking into the police office. Since I was thinking I would not get any help or assistance from the police. When the matter seems not reaching certain seriousness. Plus the text on my phone could not represent much in threatening and harassment.However, thank you so much for reading and analysing this incident. I received support from the lady and assistance in soothing my emotion. I felt desperate and stressed when I saw myself as a foreigner in this country.Again, I would like to show my highest expression to her and I am so regret I didn't ask her name.Kind regards,Alice Hsiung
