Very disappointing, i went in today at 15:50 and the store is meant to shut at 1600 the lady was very rude, disinterested in helping us, she told us several times that she needed to close the store and if i wanted to try the shoes for size, I had to let her know urgently? I couldnt bilieve what i was hearing! No wonder businesses arent making it in Cairns people dont value their customers. I was going to spend a lot of money if she jus given me & my family 5 mins of her time! Ill never set foot in this store again.
Bought new Crocs today, at a discount ! Staff very friendly. In particular, Kumi who was most helpful and pleasant to talk with. Thanks.
