These guys took such good care of my little munchkin while she was in for surgery. They rang with updates constantly, and let me take her home to recover in comfort as soon as they possibly could. Unfortunately, the diagnosis isn't great, and we've now entered the palliative care stage - which they rang me to discuss on a Sunday of a long weekend, as soon as her lab results came back, after they chased them up to be tested a second time. I honestly couldn't fault them, they've been so considerate, they were willing to do a surgery that even they recommended be done by a specialist, but we didn't think she'd survive the journey to Brisbane, and I don't think I could have found a vet I trust more.Even for a standard appointment, we've never felt rushed, it's always been relaxed and like they have plenty of time and care to really look over the animal, instead of just rushing you through.
super sweet staff and an incredibly informative vet especially considering most dont have experience with pet rats...we got a follow up call to see how my little guy was going and it was no more expensive then any other vet I've been to... will definitely recommend this Vet over any of the others in town I've tried

Needed to use the after hours emergency service for our dog. Wonderful caring vet. Treated our little man as if he were his own. Ongoing care excellent. So impressed that we now travel from Northern beaches to bring our 2 dogs. Worth travelling for. All staff very professional and caring
