Great service best prices
Took the car in for 100k service and was quoted $400 for it. No issues. Picked it up and the store manager told us they ran out of time to finish a few things and just to bring it back on Thursday so they could finish it. Bring the car back in and when we went to pick it up we were stung with an additional $270 bill. This is a massive bill to cover when we were given the impression this was part of the initial service. When we questioned them about it the guy behind the counter said... 'oh, they probably should have told you it costs extra'.Has left a very bitter taste in the mouth. Its not dificult to tell someone that it costs additional. Don't recommend.
Garage to flee! We went there to have our vehicle checked before heading to Alice Springs. When we tell them what we want to have checked, we have the feeling that we are not being listened to by frigid and distant mechanics. We leave the vehicle for 8am and pick it up at 3pm for a check-up that will have lasted a maximum of 15 minutes interrupted by laughter and discussions between colleagues. (We stayed in front of the garage at the time of the inspection.) For this poor quality service, they charge us $140. Then they tell us that they haven't checked some of the things we asked for and that we wanted to fix them first, since they don't do that here. They hadn't warned us before... They give us a list of repairs to consider but are not able to tell us the prices; we will have to remind them. When we ask what these repairs consist of, they make no effort to ensure that we can understand with our average level of English. They then ask us to pay before and they will explain afterwards. In the end, we did not get any meaningful explanations.When we call back to find out the cost of the repairs, the person on the phone quickly ends the discussion because he had trouble understanding my girlfriend. So we went to another mechanic who again inspected the vehicle himself because he didn't trust Kmart auto service. Finally, some of the repairs planned by Kmart were useless and this second mechanic did not charge for the checks... So did we lose $140 at Kmart but for the first and last time!We also met backpackers who told us they had already had problems with them. Unnecessary repairs and prices five times higher than in a second garage.
Best customer service!! Helps out everytime I come by. Takes it's time with it's customers and has good mechanics working that keep my car running when it's needed.
