I wanted a very specific arrangement for my best friends funeral. Jess went out of her way to get the correct flowers and rang as soon as she had completed the arrangement. She asked me to come down and if I wasn't happy she would redo them. They were perfect and I can't thank her enough.
The bouquet that I ordered were delivered promptly and looked and smelt beautiful! Amazing service. Will be sure to order some flowers for mothers day.
The stuff is very rude. My girlfriend did not receive flowers on the Valentine's day, because of couriers. When I call the shop, no one even said sorry to me. Just give me two options: re-delivery or refund. Will not buy anythings here again.
