I didnt receive a warm welcoming. Was looked at like I was a total idiot when talking about my ideas. The lady was not interested at all. I left feeling stupid.

I had a fairly specific order that I place, the team went above and beyond to make sure that it happened for me and even sent me a photo of the order before delivering.

I can not thank Jean enough for the effort she went to. My request from 3000km south of Cairns. I need a stuffed wombat to be sent to a mate in hospital. Sure not a problem she told me one problem I dont sell wombats and my courier has gone home. Jean found a wombat and hand delivered it on her way home then took a photo to show the joy it gave my mate. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

I was stressed. It was after1pm on a Saturday and I needed a corsage for that night. The ladies were calm helpful and gave me the most perfect flowers Thank you for saving my day! I went to three other shops and purchased some other items. When I told them my story, they already knew the girls and only had great things to say about them

My experience with J'adore Flowers was wonderful. I live in the USA and called them to have flowers delivered to a friend of mine in Cairns, whose mother had just passed away. I ordered a specific arrangement from their website and the lady who was helping me told me that they were out of the white gladioli, but would substitute other white flowers to make the arrangement as similar as possible the one of my choice. J'adore did a superb job. My friend loved it and sent me a picture of the arrangement. Thank you J'adore! I will be definitely using you again.
