The initial contact (by phone) was extremely plesant and helpful. Unfortunately this was definately NOT followed through by the driver who was a nasty, less than professional person who seems to enjoy trying to intimidate people. He appears to 'get off' giving people from whom his organisation is purchasing quality furniture from; less than acceptable service or $$. Yes I do understand you are not a charity and need to make money, however you do not need to 'rip off' your customers. The driver's behaviour would not be anything I would want working for an organisation I would be associated with. The whole experience was less than pleasant and nothing I would wish on my worst enemy.
