After shopping at another bedding store down the road we ended up at Forty Winks on our way to get a coffee. We were overwhelmed by the friendly knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to make their customers happy. The girls gave us a great deal on our guest bed and we will defiantly be back to purchase any of our future bedding needs. Could not recommend Forty Winks enough!
Worst place and service ever!!! My daughter had a layby on and had already paid hundreds of dollars. Her husband ( who is in the army) got posted to another state so she went to cancel the layby. The greedy animals took 40% of what she had paid just to cancel it. I understand a small fee but 40%.... total rip off and very rude staff. Especially the lying regional manager
After going to every bedding store in Cairns I had almost given up on finding what I wanted at the right price and a delivery time that was quick and efficient until I went to 40 winks. From the start to the end I got great service and advice from Tracy in store and the delivery was handled perfectly on time and kept me informed and the bags off the mattresses taken away. All in all great service great price I couldn't be happier.
