I went in with an expensive white dress I had only wore once and forgot about. When it came to wanting to wear it again I realised how long i'd let it sit in a bag at the bottom of my waredrobe for without being cleaned (about a year which is stupid on my part). Anyway, it was dry clean only and so i took it to alsco to see what they could do with hope. It was dusty had a couple of stains on it. I expected it could be unfixable but thought i'd give it a go anyway. The staff was honest with me! They said they didn't know if they could get all the discolour out of it and it had a big dark mark on the back that didn't look promising. I go to pick it up and it was as good as new. They did an amazing job!!! I would recommend them to anyone! Great service. Reasonable pricing and an amazing outcome. Thank you Alsco!
Fabulous service & outcome from the Dry Cleaning Dept with a difficult item of clothing. Used linen service for small Hotel for 12 years...great service too!!
To be honest, I can't provide a rate as unfortunately, I am yet to experience a service. Having called 3 times to get a quote, no-one bothers to call back. I guess they either don't want my business, or they have enough business, or they are so understaffed they can't pick up on new business. Either way, I certainly don't feel I should be do the chasing.
Worked with those guys 9 years ago, they couldn't do the job, no delivery, late delivery... rude etc. Opened a restaurant 9 years later, gave them a second chance... worst than before. Stay away from this company if you want an smooth run with your business.
