Opens 6am until 10pm. Lots of washing machines and tumble dryers. It also can dispense change. I had my own soap powder but it probably dispensed that too. A cold wash is $6 Aussie and a dry on average$5. You can drop off your washing between 9 and 3 and costs at least $30. I'm not sure how useful that would be because most tours seem to start before 9 and finish after 5.
I have been a number of times to this laundry when Julie was working there the place was clean day & night and the machines were working better now new people have taken this business over . May be they clean it once in a while . last night I talked to 2 other people the place was very grubby one person mentioned and she wasted $80.00 on her washing and the dryers might look new but they don't dry very well I took a look at the top of the machines it is also very dirty at the back also if they cleaned the dryers to remove the flint they might work better & people would not be complaining about spending too much money unnecessarily. The new management couple are very nice people may be they are not aware that people are not happy been ripped off. with the dryers. Hopefully the new people read the review & fix the machines & clean the premises.
Buyer beware! Service could not be worse. 2 loads of laundry sent for "Deluxe" wash, dry and fold service, supposed to be returned same day by 3pm, called, texted and visited address on order form between 4:30-6pm, no response, nobody at premises. Laundry eventually returned at 10am following day. I had asked for only one load to be dried, both returned wet and obviously unfolded. All clothes returned smell really bad. I would avoid.
Left my feather and down double doona to be washed and dried and was very happy with the result. Nice and clean laundry facilities and Julie was lovely and very helpful and gave great service. Thank you.
Looks like good machines and place until you use them. Not only are they the most expensive I have seen across the entire Australia they also have very small drums for the weight they claim. Then neither the regular or large machines spun my two loads properly so they came out soaking wet and I had to use the dryer a lot more than normal. Very very dissapointing and would highly recommend trying elsewhere if it is within a suitable distance for you. ...Edit- the owner was very good at getting in touch and refunding for bad washes. Very impressed by the response but hope the machines are adjusted or fixed so they spin properly.
