Pathetic. All other Lawyers I spoke with where able to provide me some guidance regarding my case within the consultation fee provided. They have done nothing and waisted my time, I paid for 2 further quotes to get more advice and a insincere "Sorry we cant help you without proceeding further" afterward.Avoid at all cost.

Called up about a very simple matter to have a secretary tell me "Sorry cant help you" then she hung up the phone after asking me if it was a marketing call? Amazingly rude.Update: Not revengeful at all; accurate and true. I called up regarding something that had been forwarded to the practice manager in the last week, for the same person with whom I spoke too completely forgetting the matter and leading the conversation in a circular manner, culminating in asking me if this was a marketing call - it wasnt, at which point I was hung up on.At no time did I demand to speak to the practice manager, refuse to indicate why I called or refuse to email anything; this had already been done in the last week and in the course of conversation I re-explained everything twice. Ill upgrade it to two stars in review of your previous comment.
