Called and provided an outline of a issue to the paralegal whom answered the phone. I was then transferred to someone without being introduced and awkwardly asked to re-explain the entire issue. Amazingly frustrating as I was calling to book an appointment/consult to sit down and explain the issues. Based purely on this experience I will not be seeking to engage this law firm as I have found the customer service to be poor beyond belief. I explained to the practitioner (Jim Reaston) that the situation was quite frustrating, he did not sympathise and hung up. If you are unwilling to meet with prospective clients, even on a paid basis, you should consider shutting your doors.
