Staff are always so professional, with a great variety of health products.
After using Calanna for almost 9 years (even though they are one of the most expensive in town) I was very disappointed at the attitude of staff when I was almost blinded by a brand new can of aloe Vera spray that malfunctioned and squirted uncontrollably out of the can in one high pressure stream rather than a gently spray.Told that I could not get a replacement can because I had already used it, then after explaining my rights politely to the third staff member (pharmacist) and being told I would have to wait till Monday when management were in, I stressed that if I were to wait and come back it would be with a lawyer and a lawsuit for possible eye damage... I was made to provide all my contact details and then they finally relented and replaced the can for one that worked.
Use the pharmacy regularly. Happy with all aspects of my experience. Jemma & Rudy (pharmacists) super helpful with information around medications. Customer service staff all really friendly. Big tick

Very disappointed with the service today after returning a tablet prescription that had a broken seal upon opening. After counting the tablets the pharmacist said they would be fine & were within their use by date. My concern was not the quantity or expiry, I was worried they may have been tampered with. Rather than replace the product with an unopened bottle I left the store with the same bottle and an assurance they would be safe.I am still unsure whether to take the medication.
