I went chemistwarehouse store at Cairns brunch today on the evening for look around souvenir for my cousin. But when i am going out of the shop. The man who re standing in front of the door asking me to open my backpack. OMG Re u alleging to customer that re stolen? It is very rude and uneducated security policy. Is that how you re treat with customer ??????? You have no rights. STUPID and Third World Country POLICY

Good price and a great range of products. HOWEVER I was not impressed by the customer service at the checkout. I understand it is not easy for the staffs who work there. BUT.... My experience was I went there yesterday (27 May 2018 at 1:49 pm) a lady named Carmen served me at the checkout. I lifted up the shopping basket provided by the store to the counter so I could unload the stuffs. She pushed the basket back to me, and not letting me to put it on the counter. I tried to hold the basket with one hand and unloaded the stuffs with the other hand but the contents were too heavy to be held by only one hand, therefore I had to put the basket on the floor. An elderly customer or someone with a back problem may be unable to bend their back to do so. I understand it is a great effort for her to lift up her hands to unload stuffs from the basket for me (she didn't only serve me but plenty of customers, I definitely do understand it really wasn't an easy job ) but I was there to do it myself. I am not sure she only did that to me or other customers too. It was rude and weird.
