After waiting for two and a half weeks to find out if we had been approved for our rental application we called the property manager only to be told that she hadnt even looked at the application yet. This is entirely unacceptable as I have had applications go through within three days in the past. If you are having trouble renting your property through these agents this may be the reason why.
I have been a tenant for many years now. These people are disgraceful and unprofessional to work with at best. At worst you will be considering legal action as soon as possible. I was warned that this industry generally attracts the lowest common denominator for quality of people but there is no excuse for a business to allow this treatment of customers. Buyer Beware. You have been warned

Absolutely dreadful realestate agent. Rented from them for 3 years -extremely rude and lying property manager.Im considering my options for taking legal action regarding my treatment from them.I have never been made to feel so disrespected and powerless as a tenant as i have with this company.Stay awayAlso i see several of your own agents have given a 5 star review recently to yourselves and you have thanked them.Yes i bet you need it.
This is a professional real estate agent! All issues will be dealt with in good time, inspections take place in good time, the paperwork is in line with promises and their subsequent actions. You get what you sign - a good service and an open ear. We were given all the required information prior to the move in and were not disappointed. I recommend signing a lease through this agent. The Property Investment Manager was always helpful and replied to all requests respectfully and promptly.
