The worst Real Estate experience we have ever had. We have lost sleep and we were treated liked second class citizens! Never again! The selling of our house was going ok and then when there was a glitch, there was no communication from Angela from Ray White! Then she called and was blaze! Learn customer service skills Ray White and that clients are your bread and butter!
Rented a house though them, very helpful staff, looked after us really well, any maintenance requests were quickly dealt with. Have to express our thanks to Renee, went out of her way to make sure we were happy, Thank you :)
I rented an apartment at Harbour Lights through Ray White at Cairns Central and Michelle Hunter was the Business Development Manager who managed the property. She was always very professional to deal with, the level of service was excellent, and the documentation and attention to detail from this organisation made everything very clear and easy for everyone. I would highly recommend either using Ray White as your property manager, or renting a property through them. Either way, the process will be seamless. Its not often a real estate agent can keep the owner and the tenant happy at the same time, but they did. Well done!
