A great store with friendly and helpful staff. In particular, a big shout-out to "Pay" the Asian girl who helped out with choosing hiking shoes. She was extremely knowledge about the brands on offer as well as the fit and use of materials such as Goretex etc.

Ordered Keen sandals for my son online and had them delivered to the store as we are travelling; they hadnt arrived by the time we needed to go so I came into to the store and they allowed me to buy the sandals in the store at the same price (had voucher discount). When sandals did arrive there I was able to get refunded for those when we returned back in Cairns. Seems to have more kids clothing selection too than most stores. Staff were really good to deal with on both occasions at on the phone
