If you want any thing to do with scubba these are the people to go through. Each staff memeber an expert and know how tp help.Would suggest you go do a scubba course like an open water though them, was a great experience. Meet a lot of people on the course and got to see the great barrier reef like you couldnt see snorkelling or from a boat.Through pro dive cairns they know some great spots to see clown fish, eels, giant green sea turtles, sharks and many many more.Must do! Would recommend these guys to anyone. Made learning scubba very easy!
Due to a cyclone we had to cut our 3 day liveaboard trip short which was fine. However they do not make the refund process easy. They would not do refunds when we got back to the store, they made sure they had everyone's email address then sent an email asking for credit card information. I do not have an international calling plan soI could not call them to give this information (which I told them more than once) and stated repeatedly to them I would not send it in an email. Not only did they only give me those two options (only to call or email my credit card info) they were very slow to respond. It would be days sometimes before I even received a response. In short, if you need to get a refund from them, get it BEFORE you leave the store, it has been 3 weeks since I left and the issue still has not been resolved.
Review is for Diving on-board excursion. The general trip, the accommodation, the staff, the food and every aspect is more than a customer can wish for. 3 days spent on the sea felt like great adventure with great people. One of the best diving trips ever done in this world! Thank you guys, you were amazing, and your work as a team should be an example to others.
