Zero stars!! The worst experience ever. They don't care about what you want, they don't even listen to you. I lost money and time becouse the girl sold me a travel that was not what i asked for. I trusted her and dicovered everithing after paid. At the end no one didn't even ask me sorry, they so impolite and unprepared. I have experience as a traveler, never happened something like that!!!

Great service and really helpful for my Australia travel
They have spacious and confy seats and drivers are often kind. The wifi it's not bad. Good way to travel anyway, the price is worth it.
