This place wrapped up our fantastic time in cairns. Amazing atmosphere. Unique decor. Tasty food with extra large portions. Great value for money. Service was fast and efficient. Staff was attentive and informative. The variety of sauces available to compliment your dish was crazy. We had a lovely dinner date there. Recommended!!
Lamb shanks . Really large servings so be prepared. All the meals are great here. Good service. Country fishing vibe. Great for families.
Nice place. The bar staff are friendly and energetic. The food is what you would hope for when it comes to pub fare. The fryer had obviously been cleaned because my fries were nice and golden, not that disgusting orange color. My steak was great too, cooked how I requested. About 25 minute wait, which I consider reasonable. The dcor and lighting of the dining hall is spacious and well lit, accommodating and felt comfortable. I don't like the gardens out the front being so close to the establishment, Id prefer them closer to the road to create that feeling of openness and space, rather than gardens in darkness at the edge of the covered walkway. This could be overcome with some cheap specialty lighting. We cant have everything though. Nice place.
