Food was very good and setting was wonderful. Service was terrible and it was a Sunday night! Waiter was focused on one table and ignored everyone else. When bill arrived there was an additional entree charged to our bill. Many options in Cairns with good food and good service. Restaurant needs better floor management and attention. Maybe go for drink but would never return for dinner.
Ate here just before proposing to my girlfriend. The food tastes great. A nice place to splurge a little on a special occasion.
Great location! Chill out on the daybeds and enjoy the live music while sipping on a delicious espresso martini. We were in Cairns for four nights and kept coming back here. It's the best on a Monday night though.
Despite there being only a few people seated at the time, the serving staff were slow. AND they tried to rush us to order something. The first impressions certainly weren't very well received. The food however, tasted fantastic, having used fresh local ingredients and came in fair portions considering the above average prices. There was a fairly nice view of the port from all parts of the restaurant too.
Great people, great atmosphere, and amazing food. What could be more delicious? Junk food, perhaps. But the food here has its merits. Got a pretty good portion size for a relatively cheap price. Spent the evening here and would probably come back.
