Excellent customer service and reasonable price
Thank you to Glenn at Computer Obsession for fixing my computer in less than half a day for a great price. Although under warranty and "product care" at JB hifi they insisted I find a box and send it to Melbourne.... Ha! Strongly recommend these guys!
This store had all the new bits and pieces that I was looking for with my new PC build. Even offered to put the CPU, heat sink and RAM on for me at no extra cost since I was buying the MOBO and other accessories there also. Saves me breaking anything thanks mate!
The BEST service in Cairns! So after a 4 week total disaster with another repairer in Cairns and my PC still not fixed I decided to read the reviews here. After seeing the good reviews I called Computer Obsession and spoke to Glen. He was professional, friendly and upfront about their service so I took my PC in. He gave me a fair estimate and within the day the PC was fixed with the estimate being correct. An itemized account on everything they had done was given showing exactly what had been changed and how the price to fix it was reached. Later I was also given help with a quick monitor setup over the phone as was having issue with the signal to the pc complimentary. Glen and the other owners at CO are professional, friendly and fairly priced thankyoooooou!!!!!!
