Went here to get my faulty Bose sound free audio left ear fix which is not holding charge properly. Instead I got a exchange new item straight away with new 1 year warranty which works best for me. Great customer service by one of the staff who accomodate me, sadly I forgot to get his name but overall experience was great and conversation/transaction went so smooth. Salute to this shop will come back here to shop more soon. >:D

Customer service is excellent and wait times are minimal, even when the store is super busy. Prices are generally good, and they regularly have sales, and if something isn't in your budget, you can always ask if they have opened or ex-repair/return/display stock "out the back" or ask to price-match if another store sells it cheaper. It never hurts to ask (and they even encourage you to).

Amazing service, the staff member Trudy, helped us with browsing for a phone plan. Not only was her extensive knowledge impressive, she helped us find the best valued deal. She was friendly and polite, and although we didn't end up purchasing the plan or the phone, she still wrote down the plan for us in case we changed our minds and was polite. Amazing service!

Excellent service. Staff were able to solve a warranty claim quickly that another store wasn't willing to help with. The sales team were also showed excellent technical knowledge in helping us choose a T.V

Plenty of staff available meant that i didn't have to wait too long this time. No need to stand in the queue for check out either as the assistant was able to serve me from one of the separate pay points. Assistant was knowledgeable and able to provide extra after sales advice for my product. I purchased a Navman 790 Dash Cam.
