I can see why this place has such a great rating, we were treated like royalty by the team. We had electric troubles while driving through Cairns and luckily pulled into Ireland Mitsubishi. They were closed but Brett came out and tried everything he could to get us going, unfortunately to no avail. He then arranged a repair for the next working day and even gave us a lift to the airport to hire a car! Fantastic service, especially given we had never been there before. I wish it was my local Mitsubishi! Great work team, I would give 10 stars if I could.
I have now owned my GLX+ Triton for 2 years and am still very happy with it. Not only that, I am very happy with the after sales service and the friendly staff in the service department. Late last year I found a problem with the fitting of my bull-bar and this was rectified under warranty without any fuss. Due to the fact that I was from a remote area, I was supplied with a replacement vehicle (an upmarket version of mine) for the 3 days the car was being worked on.I would highly recommend Ireland's as a very satisfied customer.Thank You.
The service was great everything was done by the service manual book...but a bit pricey on the vehicle service. But apart from that Irelands Mitsubishi is a great car service i recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
