Everything has been great. From the moment I asked to test drive a car to the follow up service after delivery. Here is the run down, decided to purchase the car after taking a test drive with Braedyn, who was not pushy or the stereotypical car salesman who spun a thousand stories, he answered my questions, talked about features of the car and the model in general (didn't feel like it was over sold), he let me know about what a car goes through to get in the yard and what will happen once purchased. Spoke to Susan the customer service agent who offered some add on features. Then got handed over to Pat to help with finance who was lovely. Waiting for a delivery appointment and ended up I didn't need the finance so spoke to Pat who took care of that with no problem. Collected the car, had a problem with a key which immediately they worked to sort out. Drove away happy, one minor problem with one of the add ons, within hours of emailing they had me booked in to sort the problem out. Follow up text to see that I was happy with the car. What can I say, Ireland's is really first class when it comes to buying a car. Long review, but had to share the full experience.
