I had my car parked on Lake Street and my car was sprayed with grass clippings. My car is only 3 months old, I was devastated, I went into Trinity Honda and asked Michael what I should do. He was so kind to have it washed for me. That to me is a very kind thing to do. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

Trinity Honda cars are attractive and most of the staff are customer friendly and deserves 5 stars. But we got turned off by one staff working there who gave us lecture on how long he has been working there (I think he told us 8 years or more) and scolded us for trying to negotiate a price. What hurt us most was the word "This place is not for you'. We had to walk away without saying a word. We hope he improves his customer services or get trained for such thing so that Trinity Honda could sell even more cars than what they have achieved so far.
