Clean and pleasant all round. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, relatively close to the CBD. Wi-fi is nonexistent.
No transportation to Airport which was advertised. Room was an oven when we arrived. AC unit barely put out any air. Tried to offer my Choice Privilege memberships # for points. They were not interested due to the fact I booked through another web site. Don't bother booking here go to another brand IHG or Marriott. Worth the extra $
Great location. Close to the esplanade but far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The workers were kind and accommodating, even letting us check out at noon instead of 10. Also have free and unlimited WiFi which is actually quite strong! Only complaint (and it's really minor and not a big deal) would be a lack of microwave and no table or counter space for food prep. Hardly a huge issue though. All in all, highly recommend it!
Good hotel, budget and very close to the cairns esplanade which has a lot of restaurants. Easy to get and parking options available. Room sizes are decent although lighting I the room is a bit poor.
Serviceable if you just need a place to spend one night. The location is little bit far from the main tourist drag in Cairns. The walls are very thin. The room itself is clean and fine. No complaints otherwise.
