Needs large scale refurbishment. Most pathetic house keeping. Floors not cleaned. Beds half done. Toileteries not replaced. Lipstick marks on cups. Avoid. Tired breakfast.Far better options available nearby.
Room was clean and has all the basics. The motel is a bit dated though. One of the staff was helpful and friendly but other staff was not so helpful. Wifi was slow and dropped out at times. But overall is good.
We stayed at this property in the 2nd week of December of 2018 for 2 nights. Property is bit dated. The biggest challenge was - No elevator. So, if you're on the 3rd floor (like we were).. good luck. They offered no help with the luggage. Breakfast was acceptable. Akbar (Front Desk) was very helpful with our sight seeing trip. Over-all, I think there are better options in CAINS if you're with a family.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Helped us when our luggage didn't arrive. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean room, very good food.
Good service, clean rooms and good location. It's a five minute walk from all shops and eateries. The services are good and they also you arrange tours from there. We booked for the Hartley's croc tour from there and had a good experience. The breakfast buffet is average and not that great. This is something that can get a step up.
