We bought a customised Nitro MTB for our grandson at Anaconda Cairns. Pete in the bike section is fantastic, helped us put together a great bike and our grandson hasn't stopped riding it since! The bike is really being put through it's paces and the pedal shank recently malfunctioned. Took it in and had it repaired under warranty very quickly by Pete. A couple of weeks ago grandson buckled the front wheel. Took it in an Pete fixed it without charge! So pleased and grateful for the fantastic experience at Anaconda Cairns.
Doesn't have items in stock matching what is stated online.Their phone line is dead.Customer care is abroad and useless.Sale price listings are misleading.
Had alot of specials, i didn't need much at the time but felt like having a proper look around as there was heaps of products, maybe next time.Good service all round.
Great service and professional cheating skill. I have bought this bike from two week ago, staffs promised will build a new bike for me and I would pick up after a week. I also left my personal contact details while paying. One week later, no bike no stock and no called from this shop, when I tried to pick it up they said that they had no stock. They said wait for one more week and I would be able my bike with a gift ( front basket) due to the innocence. What I should do was wait for 3 more days to next week. Therefore, I went there again this week and there is the bike without basket and don't know when they will come more stock. In fact that , there were one lie cover others lie and wasting time and effort. Staff can't do there job on time and totally forgot this order. I went there for 2 times for the pick up and today, I am going to talk to them again. It spent my four days to buy a brand new bike. Isn't it too much effort? Well, you have a judge.
