I engaged a few bike shops in Cairns to get a bike maintenance. I either didn't get a response or was told it it would take 4 or 5 days and that could change depending on how busy they were. Pump N Pedals responded the same day to my enquiry with a time frame of end of day if I dropped it off in the morning. Their customer service was excellent. They had a good look at the bike while I was there and pointed out any probable issues. I booked the 4 star service and it was worth it. My bike came back looking brand new. They have a lifelong customer purely out of the excellence of their staff and professionalism. Super happy.
Fantastic staff and top products
Excellent service. I got them to do a last minute rebuild for a bike for my son, as I had been ripped off on a second hand deal, they got it done in a crazy short time and did a great job. Far from other bike services I have received in cairns from another local shop in new equipment. They were very knowledgable and gave good advice. Highly recommend.

As an Adelaide local I came to cairns for a holiday, whilst in cairns I found a second hand bike I purchased, I took the bike to Pump n Pedals to get it boxed up for transport, the guys in there were unbelievably helpful and had the bike boxed and ready to go within the hour, the staff were super helpful and recommended a courier to transport the bike. Excellent service from an excellent shop. I Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the region, even for a browse. Thanks for making my purchase so much easier! I cannot recommend this shop enough.
