Mate, you're probably good at what you do but we came to you asking for 2 tubes replaced on my son's BMX. We didn't ask for a full service. You gave no indication of price prior to performing the work like a good intentioned business owner should. If you're going to go over and above a customer's REQUEST then you should check with the customer for consent and price satisfaction first. Some people have to budget before they're forced to spend. Not happy.
These guys have all your mountain biking needs covered in Cairns. I visited the shop for some local trail info and to use their floor pump. Got good honest service with no expectations. They also stock products that you don't see that often in-store.
