Fast and friendly service by the staff, great clean car with an upgrade on what we had booked, quick and easy pickup drop-off and set up of the car-seat. A lady was so kind to wait for us and accompany us with an umbrella in that heavy pouring rain. Very satisfied with this booking and the reasonable price.
Friendly staff and everything went smoothly overall.Only "complaint" is that all the papers we got had phone numbers without country code. It was a bit difficult to figure it out when I had to make a call late in the evening. But really just a small inconviniece
Flight was delayed, was in Apex office at 440pm on the day I got the car. Staff was rushing through everything because she wanted to knock off and head home, telling me that it would be ok to drop off the car at 5pm but conveniently leaving out that the last shuttle was at 430pm. Of course we missed the shuttle returning the car at 5, but the only response we got from the staff is "I can't do anything, you should have been told" and we had to uber to the airport, paying for the negligence of apex staff. Rented from apex in Brisbane on multiple occasions with no such issues, but the Cairns office really tarnishes apex's reputation.
Excellent service from this company. The prices are very good, the car almost new and very clean.Pick up and drop off quick and all staff friendly and helpfull ( Thanks to Raquel and Adam )Would recommend without hesitation.
Perfectly adequate. We had transfers from and to the airport but there weren't really any other pros or cons. We were 'upgraded' to a much larger car which, though I'm sure was well-intentioned, made it too big for our needs. I would have appreciated a better heads up or an option not to upgrade.
