Absolutely horrendous treatment. Charged me 2000 dollars for a very tiny dent. Promised that it wouldnt be over a 1000 dollars and to email the details to me. Never emailed me and charged me 2000 dollars in two separate charges. Clearly in their business plan to scan young people. Will never ever rent for any company related to Hertz again.
Over all not a bad experience. BUT, an extra unexplained charge to our credit card for a car which was returned before due time, full of fuel and as clean as it was given to us has completely soured the experience! Be careful of dodgy charges from Hertz! It wasnt a lot of money but were lodging a complaint with fair trading as they shouldnt be able to get away with blatantly ripping off their customers!
