DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY.They actually accounted pervious damage to us given that we did not realise that there were some damage on muffler when we initially picked up the car. When we picked ip car we were told to look only for scratches what we actually only did and did not look further under the car. During period in which we used car we did not have any single problem and I guarantee that damage was made previously. Do not trust theese people or if you have to use theirs cars look carefully everything , film it and use 24 hours dash camera. I really do not want anyone else to have such bad experience which I had

We were left at the airport by East Coast Car Rental so we were saved by Thrifty when they went out of their way to help us at 23h30. With the help of the lovely Emily we were taken to Port Douglas with Rob. The driver Rob was lovely and we felt like we were in save hands. So thank you Rob and Emily!!
