NEVER AGAIN.When I piced up a car a was told to have a look only for scratches what I actually did. During period of next 10 days I had not single problem with a car a returned on Thrifty car park. When i back the key to girl on reception I asked her whether someone whant to see a car on what she answered that all is fine. In approximately 1 hour , at that time I was still waiting for my flight to Melbourne, receptionist called me asking me whether I can come back becauce they apparently found some demage on muffler, and I did it. There really were demage, nearly one third of muffler has been broken. Iam 100 percent sure that I did not make that demage but because I did not look under the car when I picked it up they made me responsible to pay for it. VERY DODGY STUFF. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO USE THEIR SERVIS NOT TO DO IT WITHOUT FIRSTLY INSTALING A DASH CAMERA WITCH RECORD 24 HOURS AND OF COURSE FILMING IT IN DETAIL BEFORE PICING IN UP. BUT BETTER SOLUTION IS TO RENT CAR AT SOME OTHER PLACES, BECAUSE I DON'T WISH ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE WHICH I HAD.
Very easy done. Staff were excellent and car was very good although a bit expensive.
