This place has extremely poor customer service skills! The lady was very rude and assisted no one with their bags and said do it yourself while I go inside and start the process. At no point was I explained that their was a $1000 deposit for the car on pick up which I was not happy to pay such an excessive amount. The lady at the counter said "well you cant hire a car"And that was fine but she only had one more customer to serve and I asked her kindly if she could please take me back to the airport which she very rudely said "no, I have no time, get an uber". Meaning I was highly inconvenienced and also out of pocket. I got a taxi back to the airport and once I got a wonderful car from thrifty I was leaving the airport as I saw this lady coming back to the airport, where she could have dropped me off. Very rude and qould not recommend to anyone. Disgusting.

I had a great experience here. Staff were great to deal with, the car was in perfect condition and the price was good. It is a very short ride to the airport in the complimentary shuttle which was also smooth. I would definitely recommend Atlas Car Rental Cairns.

Great service free pick up and drop from airport. Great price and best vehicles. So no problem at all.

Easy to deal with. Convenient with easy and efficient shuttle transfers. Friendly staff. Company keeps good records of marks etc on car. Pays to be diligent with inspection regardless at commencement of hire. Would definitely use again.
