Spot-on car rental experience if not the best we had in Australia: great sense of customer service with hotel pick-up and airport drop-off included in a very competitive price.Not to mention adorable Tracey who took time to give us many useful tips. John was also very honest and offered a refund for unused airport drop-off services.By far the most honest and the best price-quality ratio in Cairns: family run business do it much better than international car rental chains!!
Thank you for the great service on our recent trip to Cairns 30 Oct 2018. Your friendly attiude and no hassle rental was a far cry from our previous experiences when renting overseas. To find an agency that was totally upfront on all charges, no high pressure sales for extras, and a genuine concern for our needs was a pleasure. When we changed our plan and extened our rental, you gave us a lower daily rate. You even had somebody drive us to the airport at the end of our stay to save us cab fare. The employee who drove us was courteous and entertaining in his conversation, an added bonus.
